DECAAR Jordan provides delivery within Jordan and may also provide international delivery.

Estimated delivery times are:

Within Jordan: 1–3 business days.

International orders: 5–10 business days.

Same-day delivery may be available within Amman for eligible orders and locations.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. International shipments may be affected by customs clearance, import procedures, courier operations, public holidays, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Exchanges and Refunds

DECAAR Jordan operates an exchange-only policy for eligible products.

Cash refunds are not generally provided for customer change-of-mind requests.
