DECAAR Jordan by Amira Abdullah Cosmetics Corporate provides delivery services within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and to selected international destinations.

This Delivery Method & Policy explains how orders are processed, delivered, and handled.

1. Delivery Areas

We offer delivery:

  • Throughout the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

  • Internationally, subject to destination availability and applicable shipping restrictions.

International delivery availability may vary depending on the destination country, courier service, customs requirements, and product restrictions.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

Within Jordan

1–3 business days.

International Orders

5–10 business days.

Same-Day Delivery in Amman

Same-day delivery may be available within Amman for eligible orders and locations.

Same-day delivery availability may depend on the time the order is placed, product availability, delivery location, and courier capacity.

Customers should contact us or follow the available checkout instructions to confirm same-day delivery availability.

3. Delivery Times Are Estimates

All delivery times stated above are estimated delivery periods and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Public holidays.

  • Weekends.

  • Weather conditions.

  • Traffic or road restrictions.

  • Courier delays.

  • High order volumes.

  • Customs clearance.

  • Import procedures.

  • Government restrictions.

  • International shipping conditions.

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For international orders, customs clearance may cause additional delays beyond the estimated delivery period.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on the delivery destination and applicable shipping service.

The applicable delivery charge will be displayed or communicated during the ordering process, where available.

International delivery charges may vary depending on the destination country, package size, weight, courier service, and other applicable shipping costs.

5. Customs, Duties and Import Charges

For international orders, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Such charges are determined by the relevant authorities and are outside the control of DECAAR Jordan.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ordered products can legally be imported into their destination country.

6. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful order placement and confirmation.

Processing may take additional time during:

  • Weekends.

  • Public holidays.

  • Promotional campaigns.

  • Product launches.

  • High-demand periods.

  • Unexpected operational circumstances.

Orders will normally be processed as soon as reasonably possible.

7. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including:

  • Full name.

  • Mobile/telephone number.

  • City.

  • Area.

  • Street.

  • Building number.

  • Apartment or office number where applicable.

  • Any additional delivery instructions.

DECAAR Jordan is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Customer Availability

Customers should ensure that they or an authorized recipient are available to receive the order at the provided delivery address.

If the courier is unable to complete delivery because the customer is unavailable, the courier may contact the customer or arrange another delivery attempt according to its procedures.

Additional delivery charges may apply where a second delivery attempt is required due to circumstances attributable to the customer.

9. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect the package upon delivery.

If the package appears visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with, customers should notify the delivery representative where possible and contact DECAAR Jordan as soon as reasonably possible.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product.

  • A leaking product.

  • A defective product.

  • The wrong product.

  • A missing product.

  • A package that appears to have been tampered with.

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request photographs or other information, including photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and order, to investigate the issue.

Eligible cases will be handled according to our Cancellation & Exchange Policy.

11. Failed Delivery

A delivery may be considered unsuccessful where the courier cannot complete delivery after reasonable attempts due to circumstances attributable to the customer, including:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address.

  • Incorrect telephone number.

  • Customer unavailable.

  • Customer refusing delivery.

  • Customer failing to respond to delivery attempts.

  • Customer providing insufficient delivery instructions.

In such cases, the order may be returned to DECAAR Jordan or handled according to the courier's procedures.

Any re-delivery or exchange will be subject to the applicable conditions and delivery charges.

12. International Delivery

International orders are subject to the requirements of the destination country.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate international delivery information and complying with applicable import requirements.

DECAAR Jordan is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, import restrictions, destination-country regulations, or other government procedures.

13. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery may be considered completed when the order is delivered to the address provided by the customer and accepted by the customer or an authorized recipient.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is accessible and that an authorized person is available to receive the order.

14. Delivery Delays Beyond Our Control

DECAAR Jordan shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather.

  • Natural disasters.

  • Road closures.

  • Traffic restrictions.

  • Public emergencies.

  • Government restrictions.

  • Strikes.

  • Courier disruptions.

  • Customs delays.

  • Technical failures.

  • Other unforeseen circumstances.

We will nevertheless make reasonable efforts to assist customers affected by delivery delays.
